All of our products are made to order. This means that once you place your order, we require 2 to 5 business days to produce and print the item before it is shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7–9 business days

International: 10–20 business days (times may vary depending on each country's customs processes)

Please note that these are estimates and may vary in exceptional cases. You will always receive an email confirming your order and a tracking number when your package ships.

At HTKids Store, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following conditions:

Returns : You have up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.

Product Condition : The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable products : Personalized or sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping : Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same product, please contact us directly.
